Cameron High School is currently seeking highly qualified applicants for the position of high school math teacher for the 2019-2020 school year. The successful candidate should possess or be able to obtain certification in math 9-12. Cameron High School has approximately 550 students grades 9-12. Cameron High School is deeply committed to increasing our instructional effectiveness through our collaborative culture and professional growth opportunities to provide our students the best learning experiences possible. Candidates should have a working knowledge of Professional Learning Communities, Missouri Learning Standards, and Response to Intervention. The successful candidate will possess the ability to actively engage students in the learning process while also providing enrichment activities for students demonstrating mastery. The successful candidate will also be able to analyze data to guide curriculum decisions and determine effectiveness of instruction. The ability to teach PLTW engineering courses is also a possibility but not a requirement. |
